Imagine a child takes a box of toys off a shelf, like cars, dinosaurs, dolls, or some other thing they have dozens of, and is going to take them to the living room to play. Magically the box has a strap is on the box so they can carry the whole thing with one hand. They set it on the ground to open it but after they take off the lid and make a few magic hand motions the box vanishes and under the toys appears a play mat on which they can play with the toys. Later, when it is time to clean up, the child simply scrapes the toys onto the play mat, makes a few magical hand motions and the play mat vanishes and the toys are back in the box, and ready to be put back on the shelf.
Okay this isn't a fantasy story, just an exaggeration of reality. The magical motions are just zipping or unzipping the sides of the storage box which then folds flat and becomes the play mat. The ZipBin is a great idea, and looks like they have executed the design in a manner that might very well make it very cool.
