A tepid toy is a toy that we don't highly recommend and probably won't continue to carry in the store but that we happen to have some of and will offer the toy to you usually at a very discounted price. This includes toys that we thought were going to be cool toys and we bought some of sight unseen and then after testing the toys realized they weren't as cool a toy as we'd hoped or maybe simply aren't the fit kind of toy for our store. Other times it may be toys that are cool but are just priced higher than what we think the toy is really worth and thus plan not to carry them any longer and are selling our current stock of the toy at a discount. It also may include toys, or toy related supplies, that we do plan to carry in stock because they are needed or useful but they really aren't worthy of being classified as one of the cool ratings. If you read what we have to say about a toy, and think that based on your desire and taste the toy is worth the price then buy it and we hope you enjoy it.
