If your toy arrives defective or damaged or if a shipping error was made we will replace your toy as quickly as possible with no additional charges, provided you acquire a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your original purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the undamaged toy for a refund of your purchase price (not including shipping), store credit or store exchange, provided you acquire a Return Authorization Number within 30 days of your original purchase.
