If you are having trouble printing your Imaginary Friend Certificate as it appears on the screen try adjusting the following print settings. You typically can find these settings in your Page Setup or Print menu options.
Check to see if your page orientation is set correctly. It should be set to Landscape to print your certificate properly.
If the border or title are not printing check to see that your print options for "Print Background Colors" and "Print Background Images" are selected.
If your certificate is printing with unwanted header or footer text check to see that your print options for Headers and Footer are set to blank or none.
