The three leg race is a very active, competitive game played with 4 or more players (at least 2 sets of partners). Usually played outside with a starting line and a finish line. Players compete to see who can get from start to finish first.
Two racers (partners) stand together, side by side. Tie together each partners inside leg to the other partner's inside leg so that, as a unit, you are running on three legs. Once all sets of partners are ready, line up at your starting line, someone says “ready, set, go” (or something to tell you when to start) and all racers run towards the finish line. The first set of racers to cross the finish line win.
