Jail Break is a hiding and chasing game played with 2 or more players either inside or outside.
One player is selected as IT or the seeker. The seeker closes his or her eyes and counts to a certain number (like 1 to 100). Once counting is complete the seeker yells “ready or not here I come” and start searching for the hiding players. When the seeker finds and tags a hider that player “goes to jail”, which means they hang out at home base. Any player not in jail can tag home base and free all the jailed players. When this happens the players yell “jail break” as they run free. The game is over when all players are in jail. The first person in jail is IT the next round.
Usually Jail Break is played within certain physical game boundaries.
If the seeker can't find even one hiding player, an all clear signal can be given; all players come out of hiding.
