We've been going back and forth a lot about what to do on the website regarding toy safety information. On the one hand we have this desire to gather every scrap of information we can from all available sources and compile it together on the website and thus make it easy for you to get that information. But on the other hand we have enough sense to know that no matter what we "want" we have to be realistic and the reality is that we can't possibly keep up with all the latest information on toy safety and if we try we are likely to end up with a lot of out of date information and miss the stuff that is most important, and current.
So we've made the decision that for now what we'll do is place some important links to reliable sources for toy safety information on the toy safety page and then over time we will try to find other reliable sources that we can provide links to, and if some good sources of information are found that don't' have a web presence, or don't have a good web presence, we can help them get their information online.
